Varsity spot on Dixie Cross Country Team.

#1 Incoming Freshman.

Comsistant low 19:00, high 18:00 min. 5k.

20X60 second intervals (60 seconds fast, 60 seconds jog recovery) ~5.5 miles

^^started getting blood blisters. Worst blood blister I've ever gotten from that run. A big red one spread in between my toes and I can hardly walk without it hurting now.
