Easy day. -felt tired all day yesterday, so decided to take it easier today and tomorrow in preparation for the 5k on Saturday. I'm training for my upcoming season, not this race, but i do want to do good to give me a confidence boost and to see wether my hard work is paying off.
So today I ran 3 miles with 4 striders afterward. My legs felt fine, but my upper body not too hot. I think I need to start managing what I eat better.
