3 miles fartleks (2/1 minute; 2 min hard, 1 min recovery jog) My legs felt very tired and heavy before, a and I felt like I wasn't going as fast, but my pace was actually faster than normal.
3 mile cool down- It was pretty slow. I averaged about 10:15 mile pace.
