1 mile warm up( probably didn't warm up as well as I should have.. My legs-(thighs) were super tired/sore)
4K at Cedar City Golf course. There were 4 gradual 400m hills that were a lot tougher than they looked, and my legs just felt dead. Amber Knight was there and beat me by 15 seconds.
1 mile cool down.- may have been a little less.
