6 miles to the church and back. My stomach felt weird the whole time.- almost like I was going to throw up or something? Last night I was feeling sick after my workout up until I went to bed. I think I didn't eat as much as I should have before I ran last night. Overall, it was just hard to breathe in general today. My legs felt WAY better than they did yesterday too.
