1.5 mile warm up
6k- didn't feel that well. My legs felt heavy the whole time, and I really struggled on about the last mile- maybe more. I think my body was still recovering from Monday and still trying to get energy back. My form could have been better, but I was tired, and it was showing. I felt really weak after and threw up multiple times. I started going through the phase of not really knowing where I was again, but it never got quite as serious as Monday.
Felt too sick/ really tired to do a cool down. Hopefully my time will be WAY better/ back to normal for the Conference meet.:)
