5X1600m w/ about 2 min. Recovery. (5:49, 5:47, 5:48, 5:52, 5:51)- 5:49 average.

Morning: 1/2 mile warm up.

Easy grass run- 4 miles. Ran with Brandon and caught Skyler. We were hitting a good pace.- not quite sure what the average splits were, but it was close to 7:00 miles by the end.

Evening: Pioneer Park Trail run

-about 7.5 miles on the bike trail by Pioneer Park to Sunset drive and on a trail down there. There was big hills both ways, and my legs felt awful.
